Everyone needs a couple like Emilia & Juan in their circle because people like this just make life sweeter. Not only are they completely real, they are completely in love and I'm all here for it. Their engagement session took us around their alma mater campus of University of Dallas before we journeyed down to the Ronald Kirk Bridge. The old school architecture of the campus is a perfect compliment to the modernized skyline that Dallas is constructing for the west side. Stay tuned for their wedding this fall! It's going to be gorgeous!
Engaged | Kristin & Trevor
When Kristin first contacted me about an engagement session in Bishop Arts, I was so excited. I love Bishop Arts and everything Dallas has to offer for the pedestrian life. We braved the potential rainy weather and ran over to the Continental Bridge and I got the last shot right as the rain began to pour. Like huge fat raindrops. Seriously, perfecting timing. We definitely had a blast, but getting to know her and Trevor during their session was definitely the highlight for me because these two are crazy perfect for each other and so real. I love hearing about how each couple met, each story is so unique to them. These two? Tinder. Love truly can be found anywhere if you're willing to look. #swiperight
Photo En Pointe
I grew up dancing. I loved dancing so much that my parents truly thought I'd still be doing it through college. And while my heart said yes, my stubborn personality said that I don't need to deal with someone yelling at me to do physical work... which is why I don't go to the gym either. Also, ballet is work, and these girls are athletes. I still have every pair of pointe shoes I ever owned and one basic outfit still tucked away in my closet. So I know that I enjoyed each and every second of this shoot- I'm pretty sure the girls did too.
