This fall I got to do TWO days of mini sessions for some way cool DFW people. I got to laugh and play with all kinds of new little friends as I taught them that the best pictures often mean no one says 'cheese' and it's okay if you tend to fidget. That pictures can be fun experience where little boys can explore tree trunks or ask questions or even try to pick up that beetle (sorry little bug). It means that I get to show mom's that every mama gets stressed in the hours before picture time and that you're kids can be kids at my sessions. And low and behold, you will love seeing your little one sharing their big personality in high-res edited images ;) So here's my faves from those two wonderful days.
Family | Kennedy at Christmas
I get to photograph this young lady fairly often which gives me the opportunity that not many photographers are blessed to have. To see someone, who is not their own, grow through their photos. It's quite an experience and I'm loving every minute of it. Last weekend I got to photograph Ms. Kennedy again and it made me want to go back and look at what came before. Here's some of my favorites from this last year :)
Family | Courtney & Trae
Courtney is an old school friend of mine who now has a growing family of her own. Her little boy Trae is pretty much going to steal your heart. While he's definitely adorable with that sparkle in his eye, he is also all boy. There were certainly some tough moments for this little guy, but Courtney and I managed to make a happy camper out of him. Here's a couple fun moments from that afternoon.
